ARRGHHHH!!!!


GRRRR! The MOST horendous day EVERRR! It was a normal day at work.. smiling,laughing,answerin enquiries,smiling,laughing.. (sure i do some shelfing too..) when this teenage girl came up to me and ask for the price of a book she was holding. I recognise the book from a box set which was CLEARLY torn out. So I told her that, the book was from a box set,and that she wasn't allowed to purchase it, and i showed her the exact same book but with a different cover and thought that was the end of it. But nooooo, her mother comes up to me and started yelling at me in front of everyone on how irresponsible the shop was that she couldn't purchase the book and that she had to purchase another type of book because we didn't have the one she wanted. We're clearly out of stock of that copy and I've already told her NICELY that we were out of stock. She started yelling again on how the first 2 books she's gotten isn't the same type as the ones I've shown her and she insisted that she gotten the books in Borders. (And frankly,since i started working there,i've never seen that book in that cover before) My blood was already to a boiling point and i was ready to punch her botox face. (but i didn't,which i regret soooo much)

Common...what is this..just because you're a customer doesn't mean you can pull a princess drama in front of everyone. And it isn't even MY DAMN fault!!! Customers likes this makes working days so hard. BITCH!

Honey, there're more different customers for you to encounter. Trust me, if you think that customer is bad, you better wish you carry a bagful of anger management pills as you may encounter really fucked-up customers... Hahahaha... Good luck!!!
