London Day 3!

After settling my accomodation in Birmingham, we decided to go back to London because we love London!

Happy Yin on the train!

After leaving out luggages in our hotel, we went back to Leicester Square to get theatre tickets at Tkts. And then I saw it..

A Zac Efron London Premiere of his show! Arrgghhh! I wanna seee him! But May got tickets which clashes with his premiere time. -.- Damn you May!! Technically, I'm not really a fan.. I just want to take a picture of him, hehe

Couldn't resist a Chinese take away box again.. The noodle.. not so good

Our 1st show was Legally Blonde. I've seen the movie, so hopefully the musical is good!

Me and May shot

Intermission, so took a shot of the theatre

The start of the show

Er... Okay-la. Elle's voice was supeeer annoying though. But I came out huming to "Ohmygod, ohmygod you guyyss!"

Since we had time to kill, we took a walk down to Trafalgar Square. Alooot of people! I hate crowds!

Nelson's Column surrounded by 4 lions

The National Gallery

Spotted a Malaysian flag in Trafalgar Square

Later, we took the tube to the Houses of Parliament or Palace of Westminster

Woo, tight security! Got German Shepard! But that day, there was really tight security. Something must be happening that day at the House of Parliament

Spotted a strike. Wonder how long they've been there

Hi Westminster Abbey!

Hello Big Ben!

London Eye and the Aquarium

Later, a very clever May missjudged the time and we literally had to run to the next theatre for Sister Act. Thanks May!

Intermission

Can't really see what it looks like, but it's suppose to be Virgin Mary

The show was reallly good!

Man, they do have ALOT of pigeons in UK. Just like how we have plenty of crows in KL!

Next day, May wanted to show me Borough Market. Apparently they have exotic meat here!

We saw flowers

We saw Highland meat (skin technically)

and we saw food, glorious food!

Hot dog, with bacon, onions and mushroom. Drooool

The sign speaks for itself. It's served with rice.

(Rice was undercooked though)

May wanted to show me the London Bridge. But I didn't realize until I was stepping on it. How to take picture.. -.-

Later, we took a walk down to St Paul's Cathedral

Rodents here are very brave. This one was eating like nobody's business

Statue of Saint Paul in the garden

Entrance fee

The front. If you look closer, there's a piegon on the sculpture's head!

Later, May wanted to show me Harrods. Damn, it's HUGE!

The only thing we could afford in there, was Ice Cream. And it was goooood

Spotted walking around casually, was Bobby Chinn! Walked away quickle when he noticed us noticing him. Cheh, like we want to stalk you-la!

Later, before it was time for our 3rd theatre, we stopped at China Town for some Chinese food!

The Wan Tan Mee soup is as bland as normal white rice -.-. Anyone heard of salt?

Duck was yummylicious as always

China Town at night

Since May looooves this show. I wanted to see what is all the fuss about

Les Miserables

Conclusion? A very sad sad show.

Now the songs, finally made sense. Lol, I heard the songs before I've seen the show..

The next day, we were due back to Birmingham, but May promised me the Changing of Guards and Buckingham Palace

Entrance fee

Victoria Memorial

Buckingham Palace

They empty the road when they change the guards

Spot the May?
Police

The parks here are so nice. Don't you just want to have a picnic on the grass?

Later, it was time to go back to Birmingham. Train station food is nice!

Hot dog and mash

May's indian food

Snore!

You take great pictures! Colors looked vibrant and the food looked delicious--except for the bangers and mash. And snow in London? Who knew they ever got any.

Just browsing through blogs. Hello!
